Este \u00e9 um evento especial e hist\u00f3rico para a nossa sociedade, pois celebramos um quarto de s\u00e9culo de avan\u00e7os, descobertas e conquistas na cirurgia bari\u00e1trica e no tratamento da obesidade no Brasil.<\/p><p>Ao longo desses anos, testemunhamos transforma\u00e7\u00f5es significativas na abordagem cir\u00fargica e multidisciplinar da obesidade e das doen\u00e7as metab\u00f3licas. No congresso deste ano, reuniremos especialistas nacionais e internacionais para discutir os mais recentes avan\u00e7os, novas diretrizes e o impacto da cirurgia no tratamento da obesidade e suas comorbidades. Nos \u00faltimos anos, temos visto um aumento significativo nas op\u00e7\u00f5es terap\u00eauticas, cir\u00fargicas e cl\u00ednicas. A comiss\u00e3o cient\u00edfica est\u00e1 preparando uma programa\u00e7\u00e3o que abordar\u00e1 as inova\u00e7\u00f5es tecnol\u00f3gicas e o tratamento multimodal da obesidade, que aplicados na pr\u00e1tica di\u00e1ria, otimizar\u00e3o os resultados na manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da perda de peso, na melhora metab\u00f3lica e na preven\u00e7\u00e3o da recidiva.<\/p><p>Convidamos todos os colegas cirurgi\u00f5es, endocrinologistas e membros das especialidades associadas a participarem desse evento memor\u00e1vel.
